Lemonade Cheesecake Pie
I got this out of the Kraft Magazine. This what I fixed the other night for dessert. It turned out pretty well.
1 pkg of Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tub of cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
Beat cream cheese in bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add concentrate beating well after each addition. Whisk in 2 cups of Cool Whip spoon into the crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Toss the strawberries and sugar together and refridgerate until ready to use. Pipe or spoon remaining cool whip around the edge of pie before serving. Tip with Berry mixture.

Well Folks, it’s that time again! I have discovered a great recipe and thought I’d share it with you!
What’s for supper you ask? Meatloaf. Woahh stop right there! Trust me, this is good, even if I say so myself!
Preheat the oven to 375. Then take:
2 lbs of Hamburger meat
1 box of Stovetop stuffing
1/3 cup of onion
2 eggs
1 cup of water
Beat the eggs. In a large bowl, mix the meat, stuffing, onion add water and eggs. Make sure it’s mixed up well, place into a pan and bake for about an hour.
Now about 10 minutes before it comes out, mix some ketchup, salsa, hot sauce, red pepper flakes and pour over the meat loaf. Put it back in the oven and finish baking!
I served this tonight and it was a hit! I served homemade mashed potatoes and corn with it.
And for dessert? Strawberry, Grape Lemonade Cheesecake! If you want the recipe for that, let me know and I’ll post it!
Have a great night!

#11 Recipe #3
Well this one was quick and easy. It’s a cherry cobbler. The recipe is from Mom.
Preheat oven to 375. Spray your cooking pan with pan. Add 1 stick of butter and melt in oven. While that is melting mix
1 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Sugar extremely well. Add 1 Cup of Milk and mix well.
When the stick of butter melts, take your pan out. Add 1 or 2 cans of filling- Self judge this. Pour the batter on top. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Bake until done.
This was Dirk’s “birthday cake”.
